    A 17x8 in p12 or 0 offset will work. Offset plays a big role regarding rub, hop under the truck with the wheels at full lock and make sure you have atleast 30mm of clearance around the outter edge of the tyre. Especially body mounts and bumper mounts. Spacer will need to be certified, as would modified or aftermarket arms
    Sounds like the person doing the wheel alignment is not taking into account the lift. First port of call would be take it to some one that specializes in wheel alignments and speak to them about it
