Not on any I've seen. Mainly the standard sizes, 31x10.5R15 (265x75R15 I think), 32x11.5R15 or 33x12.5xR15.

Same tyre cost for a BFG AT for either size, won’t need flares, better fuel economy, I like skinny tyres

Better in our mud too quite quietly. Pissed my brother off when I hauled his Hilux with fat feet out of a field using a van with skinny feet. Then I went back for his trailer.

I just want some more height/clearance & the duellers don’t come in anything taller than 31”. No complaints otherwise

In my experience BFG are one of the few who actually produce a tire that is true to size....eg a 33 is actually a 33, lots of "other brands" are not true to size and some are not even close! I have measured 33x12.5x15 that didnt quite make 32" new so a 31 you payed extra for for no gain at all.
Be carefull if going for cheaper brands you actually get the size printed on the sidewall if more clearance is your goal as many/most are undersize.
A "true" 33x12.5x15 looks skinny under a old school LN106 hilux....and when you roll a budget brand next to them they are noticeably smaller even without the weight of the truck on them.

not much margins in tyres , different shops are on different discount structures with suppliers....in saying that I have found that some shops don't mind sticking it up the customer which I don't get as we rely on repeat business
