Ive got there really cheap Klymit packraft. It really is a raft and not a kayak. I solely use it to cross rivers and have 60 meters of paracord so two or more people can cross with one raft/paddle/lifejacket etc.
So far it works for purpose but expect to get wet.

I’m sure they have their advantages and if you’re actually gonna carry it or fly in with it then yeah, but otherwise I rate a kayak. The rest of this guy was stashed behind the seat and my daypack was between my legs, and it was still an easy paddle across the lake back to the hut.

Has anyone on here have one of these or know somebody who has?

Good prices although the shipping bumps it up. I'm thinking about getting one. Saw somewhere on his site that he has shipped some to NZ.
