Thread: after lockdown catch/piss up

I know this is a little premature considering we have no super duper official lockdown finish date yet but I am keen on a get together for the Christchurch and surrounding areas getting together. Worst part is I know is once it finishes everyone will be trying to get out but there may be some left.
Even if its just an arvo and dinner.
Unless we can do a toby shoot type thing on a property and camp up for night or so?
I think I had the time off for the lewis pass camp thing @ROKTOY tried to organise-that would be primo for me.
Thoughts?

I'm in for something if it's do able.

I am not sure I want to be heading bush straight away. I will need to get back to work and pay a few bills first. And maybe wait until everybody has got their freezers full again....

I'd be in to get out and meet some of the forum members.

I can see a 12 year old scotch and a road trip coming up.
Count me in if the timings right

I do week on week off so I work around that.
At the least we go to a pub for an arvo session and a.meal.later. anything bigger than that is a bonus

@Phil_H yeah I'm not essential-the week off-/on etc is for before/after the apocalypse.
The worst part is if we drop back to level 3 I still think most of us wont be back at work.

I’ll be keen for anything from a pub catch-up to a trip once we’re allowed out. I’m non-essential but able to work from home, so no down time for me... just trying to hold down a full-time job on 80% pay with the wife sick and the kids going crazy in the background... I’ll need a break! I’ve met a few of you and so far you’re all good buggers, so I figure most of the rest of you will be alright as well
