Thread: Antique Arms Auction

Anyone out there got any Intel on upcoming antique arms auctions in the lower north island?
I know the Wellington and Ruahine branches of the Antique Arms Association had theirs in June and September respectively last year, but can't find any info for this year.

The March Gazette lists Ruahine Sept 7 as the only N Island Auction left on the schedule. Best bet is to keep an eye on your club newsletter since I think there might be one or two in the works but not posted yet.

Ruahine auction is 7th September. No dates for a wellington auction as yet - they seem to be having teknical difficulties. No one seems to have taken over Teds auction either.

While not Antique Arms; Carvell's next auction is 18 May.

You missed the Taranaki one a couple of weeks ago

Wellington not having one this year. Will do in the future some time. Not going to say why but was discussed at our last agm.

It’s about time the national office ran a national 2 day auction. They shouldn’t rely on all of the branches to do this.
It needs to be raised at their next AGM.
