Well, unfortunate news, but understandable. Big thanks to all who had been organizing this and events like these. All to often it's the same fellas doing all the leg work, and you guys deserve more than a round of applause at prizegiving, you expect nothing more for your efforts, and fir that you are legends.

I finally found the spate time and $ to join the local NZDA, what a great bunch of fellas, if any here are from the Whangarei branch thanks for being welcoming.

To all you young fellas (I'm still a young fella at the nzda range at 34) please try to support your local clubs, if the Whangarei branch is anything to go by, the knowledge base is there the fellas are friendly, and if we don't take an active role we will lose our ranges. The new range rules suck, but a membership and appearing 4 days a year will keep these things open.
