RIP the husky. I was tinkering with the idea of coming down XR.

Just tested positive for Covid, so that's fucked that idea.

We'll have an isolation tent set up in the corner, and there's enough 'kindling' about for you to have your very own fire. And a couple of two way radios so we can let you know what everyone's laughing about over at the big bonfire

Yes, all the ag contractors about here are pulling their hair out too. Us being small fry, I can see our silage making being pushed to the end of Dec instead of next week, as they have been marking time...waiting for the good weather to arrive

Would love to attend, but need to take the missus bush in her never ending quest for new botanical specimens. I might make a flower laurel and dance round some big beech tree in my new boots. Have fun guys.

Yep, completely unintentional. Had just pulled three logs off the hill and cause I had driven it up in reverse till it broke traction to hook up I hadn't checked that it paid out properly when I sledged off down the hill. I spent too much time looking back at where the logs were rolling to, and not enough time looking where I was tracking...end result...FMG is a really prompt insurance payer!

That would be great but Crate Day is then so I'd guess there'll be a few like myself with prior plans. All the best for the weather though, so far it looks like you'll get a good one.

Bugger, I won’t be out of covid-jail in time. Would have made the trip down otherwise.

Will have our own Covid Jail if you need. Just 25m away from the bonfire and we will leave you a two way radio so you don't miss out on the jokes

Thanks XR, unfortunately my wife has now come down with it and is not well. I’d better stay around to look after her and the kids.
