There is a 4min time limit at each station, but you don't have to run between them.

Does the 2x man team comprise of shooter + spotter?
E-cat AR15 eligable?
Really cool idea, would like to see something similar run here in the Waikato.

Yip !!!
This will be a lot of fun and while the AR with a tiny scope was not ideal for the further shots it still gave a good result when testing out the course.
Should be a fun day out, I don't believe there will be any pressure to run, you'll only get buggered and shoot poorly.
Just walk the track and engage the targets at the shooting stations, these will be occupied by the safety instructors who will point out the targets and dictate the course of fire.
Too easy.
This sounds like a great event and you've done well to get a venue so close to Wellington. People could walk out their front gate and get there on foot.
I like that tahr silhouette !
Good on yah @FRST and @Dr. Watson for putting together what looks like a cool course. Pity about the dates though, there is the Vortex Mountain Challenge on down south and another long range steel match up North that day! Hopefully you get a few photos from the day and do a bit of a write up for those of us who can't make it along. I'll be very interested to see how the day goes!
Have fun!

Pictures, results, feedback? How did it go, who blew out their arse slogging up the hill, stories, excuses?

I'll throw up some pics soon, just in the process of editing some stuff.
Well we had a great event. The strong wind stayed away, the sun was shining and we had some happy shooters at the end who said they'd definitely be back next year.
We had great event sponsors- Hunters Element & Gun City Wgtn both put up great prizes.
Wellington NZDA branch range officers provided safety and expertise throughout the course.
We'll be back next year with more targets and some more interesting course design.
Inaugural Runnin'Rifle winners "the seven mills" range target 11 at the top of the course.
