It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction

Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
Bugger.
Unfortunate call, but I understand.
My entry fee can be a donation.
Frustrating as I shot the new rifle to 600m yesterday and one group was about 3" and the other a bit smaller, which is exceptional for me, needless to say my telescoping waist mounted monopod was deployed after such a feat.
I was in, then I was out when the dates changed, then Saturday i found I was "in" again now I don't know where I am.
good call guys
She's been a great run & a shit run re the TGMS
The first event was an epic weekend, it evolved from what was meant to be a small get together hosted by Brads & his lovely wife Mel into a juggernaut, bugger me there was a lot of people, utes & tents everywhere but like many things that just made it better
The second in Onga Onga was pretty much the same, just with better plans put into place to coupe with the numbers turning up, but also so much more work for Duncan & Mel to do & organize.
The third in Kurow was an awesome weekend, Harry G was the instigator of this one & did a great job to get everything put together, was great to catch up with all the SI grew.
Then the March ChCh attack occurred & while an attempt was made to run an event that year it was just not going to happen, the media pressure on FAL holders & all the logistics of trying to run a shoot at that time was a nightmare
Then the last two years it's been the poxy Covid, sadly with the braindead new range restrictions coming in next year this might be the last Onga Onga TGMS, but who knows what's down the line
I'll probably run an online auction again at the end of the month as it's nice to keep Toby's memory alive with a donation in his & the NZHS forum, plus think it's good for the public image of us on here to support a great cause

I’ve been to all of the Toby memorial shoots and met some great people on here. A shame it can’t happen again this year but that’s the world we live in.
Donate my entry as it’s going to a good cause.
