Any Wellingtonians going up for this? I have a lift home, just not there! Buses don't go early enough and I am busy playing pol pol the night before.

Wouldn't allow the magnum, target distances are too short.
AR's are fine. Unfortunately no where to sight in, not unless you got there real early and managed to bribe someone...

You are more than welcome to come along as a spectator!

I'm leaving Wellington at 5.30am in the morning now. Looking forward to it. I can't hit a barn door unless its made of meat, but it should be fun anyway.

Hey Neckers, good luck with the shoot, hope it all goes ok and you get a good turnout.

Wouldn't have minded going and taking part but will have to wait till I can get a new rifle, and I have to get the trans serviced on the wagon before any road trips can be done

How do you know Vince so well!!.The wind was a huge challenge but every shooter shot really well in the conditions and they all had a good time,Gille made a great course to shoot for the shooters.Tahr made it up to the shoot and came away with third place overall he shot really well.A great BBQ and prize share at the end made it a great day out. From memory it was 1st,sako 223,2nd Tikka lsa22-250,3rd sako 6.5x55.longest shot was 330m and the snap shot's were 25m.

Schultz & Larsen. Great day and it was brilliantly organized. Thanks to everyone concerned. My first target shoot for 23 years & I loved it.
