In the district court at Nelson today one Mr Thadius Alfonsus Sebastian Penguin pleaded guilty to a charge of fraudulently participating in an on line vote. Judge Hang M High on discharging Mr Penguin without conviction took cognisance of his previously clean record and counselled him to be true to his sub Antarctic self and not act like a sheep and follow others.

I resemble that remark but I don’t want to take anything away from a certain naval officer who shall remain nameless.
