Thread: Any tech wizards out there

Hey people. I’ve got myself a new 66i to replace my old unit so I can keep in touch with home when I’m away. Does anyone have a simple way to transfer all my old waypoints and tracks to the new unit from my old one? Old unit is a 62s. Can transfer them wirelessly but that will take an age.

Plug it into computer with a cable then it should just show up like a usb drive does in windows explorer or whatever OS you use, you should then be able to grab all the .GPX files from the GPS memory on the computer and then reverse to load on to the new GPS
