I just do Kaweka meals now, bit of extra dehy spud or rice and you got a pretty decent meal, and for what its worth if im only going a couple days a proper meal is well wirth the weight, I like to take a proper tikka masala, saag, or butter chicken bought from the indian restaurant and vac packed, medium-hot because you cant beat a bit of heat when youre on the hill.
If you take a fryingpan try some Naan bread from the supermarket. Heat it in the pan and nicer than rice or mash
