The only reason i didnt end up going for the shorter and slightly larger diameter pot is because it wont be a snug fit with the smallest gas canisters which means rattle....

Yep it was humming, pretty happy with it and the toakes titanium pot comes with a handy mesh bag that holds it all together so the lid doesnt fall off walking etc.

I cut a non-stick pan scouring pad in half for washing and pack that in the pot with my canister, cuts the rattle.

and more flexible! you can use a frypan etc on that cooker, which you can also do on a jetboil...... if you buy their specific expensive frypan....

You can use a normal pan with the jetboil, it has a small pot stand. Defeats the purpose of the jetboil though.
I'm thinking of grabbing one of those cheap titanium cookers from aliexpress.

Just a pussy haha. It doesn't get hot, gets borderline hot but cools rift down as soon as the heats off. The pot seems to cool very quick which means it also heats quick. Can use it as a mug to drink from pretty much straight away

You guys must like your cocoa warm. Us real blokes like a scalding hot cup of black tea.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

BRS TI stove, it's so small you could loose it in your pocket on a heavy stainless pot took 7 mins to boil 1.5 ltr and in my primus pot with heat exchanger it took 2:20. And for 12 USD it's a safe bet to test, Great for a back up to!
It's got a centre cap vents that make the flame Twist if that makes sense ? A bit of a gimic maybe but it works well, it weighs about as much as a mouse fart, over all a great bit of Chinese kit via aliexpress.
