    lol yep its pretty crappy up here too, Under settings, icloud, make sure contacts and photos are turned on on the existing phone, then setup icloud on the new phone, and you will be away

    And this is why you buy a android. Turn on new phone enter account name, job done.

    I can just see your ham fisted mitts hitting the phone and wondering why it won't do what you command brads.

    Send it back. Go buy Android mobile. Log into account on new android mobile and it syncs itself

    Sorry bit slow on the uptake. Could have used copy trans. Did you loose the photos? Off what? They often are stored on the micro sd

    I don't think you have lost your photos, for some reason they are just ghosting on the new phone haha. And don't exchange it for an Android device!

    Sorry should read all the threads. I will give you a programe that copys all files. Avoid the sync cause you will loose everything on the phone
