    Re: Eberlestock Packs???

I (now) always tape the muzzle/brake even when carrying in the scabbard. I didn't retape the barrel on my 7mm after shooting a tahr in May, the brake was crammed with twigs & leaves by the time we got back to camp. I always left camp with it taped, now its one of the 1st things I do after taking a shot. I also open the zip on the scabbard & turn it inside out to empty any crap out before putting the rifle in when starting out for the day.

If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more

You guys need folding stocks. Makes packing long rigs a bit easier. I'm only 26" on the barrel and finding that long...
