ECWS intermediate sleeping bag . Anyone got one?

Gidday team. So returning to work and my old kathmandont sleeping bag is big and not fit for purpose after 12 years.

After something lighter, packable and with a comfort rating in the -5 to -10 area.

I was browsing around as I don't have money for a domex halo but saw these.

    https://www.armyandoutdoors.co.nz/pr...e-sleeping-bag

Ticks all the boxes and is only 200g heavier than a domex halo.

I'm 6 Foot and about 75kg so according to the specs it should be a go but I'm after some first hand experience from those who have got one or who have used one?.

    Cheers Team!

Bit pricier, but a few potential options here for you - the trekkinglite -10 maybe?

    Or a few deals here

Down always more packable than synthetic. Synthetic handles moisture better. Down warmer for weight, generally.

Have a look at the Rab range, mythic and mythic ultra, they are expensive but bloody good bags
