    I'll get a t6 and try it.Whats inside there that could be causing trouble?

    The battery tube maybe pushing the circuit board away from the contact point on the inside of the flange. Check the length of the screws too.

    It's in the head I tried my tube in another head and it worked.
    When I get a t6 I'll get it apart and ask your advice.

    Can anyone tell me if the little C8 torchs are sequencial (sp), rather than a simple on/off.
    I don't like the idea of having to keep clicking through high/low/strobe etc with a rifle mounted light.
    Already have a maxtoch sniper on main gun, and love it. Just looking for a cheapy to go on the JW15

    The switch behaves just like the maxtochs. You could also buy one with only the one mode, I guess.

    The couple of C8's I've seen you have to cycle through the modes. The Maxtoch has memory and, as long as you don't turn back on too soon, switches back onto the last mode used.

    I'm looking at buying a Convoy C8 from alibaba for my Ruger 10/22 (i have a ranger 3-9x40 scope on it). Can any one recommend a suitable mount? Thanks

    I think they're currently out of stock but I think mudgripz said they were organising another production run. Think it was in the headlamp thread in here somewhere.
