one of those generic chinese stoves was on special on the warehouse website - this one
    https://www.harveynorman.com.au/moya...SNh8PN_1_213Fu

so it a small fire but there's steam coming off the whole roof of the tent after abit of rain its almost too hot so can stoke it up before bed with wood and get up and there's still coles or load it up with charcoal and she's glowing red its so hot its not funny

My tent is 11 ft x 11 ft, 6 ft walls with a pitched roof. So approx 750 cubic feet.

A fire box of 800 ci would be required using interweb knowledge.

This would be a mid size Winnerwell stove.

Winner we’ll are made in China so I’m guessing the same stove is sold elsewhere eg ali express.

What have you guys been sourcing?

just measured the box itself and it equals 720ci

Could probably just use a cheap fire blanket

It looks like Hot Tenting might be the new normal in the summer now also !
Very topical with the current weather

I have two tipi hot tents
Three stoves. A heavy steel one. 2 kg Titanium and 1 kg Titanium.

My big 6 man tipi is light enough for a 3 man walk in multi day hunt.
Summer I leave the wall liner out and take the lightest stove because it's cooking only.
In full winter mode with the big Titanium stove and its liner in its a super comfy 3 person set up.
Have used it comfortably in -15°c

Another trick is to throw big warehouse tarp right over tent and peg down with bungies on both sides, the steel frame on walls give it an air gap between tarp n roof other than on ridgeline.also helped dull noise of rain a little. A fire inside tent is next level completely but those two simple things make huge difference.
The Coleman Log Lantern? I've been looking, and at best I've come up with a Tilly/gas style lamp, is this correct or am I on the wrong path. Thanks.
