    I stick away from that military stuff, only because it is normally bloody noisy. I have a mate who used to come hunting with me who used a british issued gortex jacket and you could hear i coming from a mile away.
    I like the look of dougie's jacket. All depends on budget. I use swazi, but thats because I can get it cheap
    Ridgeline has also upped its game

    Best bang for buck jacket around is this German Sympatex® Jacket Used
    Gortex and waterproof.
    It has been so good I bought another.
