Hi
I use one of these solar powered lanterns that weigh 125 grams and provide more than enough light for the evening chores in camp. Only $40

This is a 10/10 product. 82ish grams, a pillow too. Last ages and solar top up. Great value. https://survive-it.co.nz/product/luminaid-packlight-16/
Either one of these https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3285...21d84c4dDFkzYr
Or take one of these, and a USB power bank
I’ve used a ledlenser ML6
Uses an 18650 battery. Robust
A tad heavy if backpacking I guess
Thanks @scottrods. Just ordered one of the second link. Chose the 1m version and 3.6W should be heaps for camp lighting. I assume the dry bag is semi transparent. Will do a review once it arrives
I have been using one of these for a few years now. It runs on an 18650 battery (and goes forever) and will easily light up a hut.
It has proved to be indestructible. Can't remember the number of times I have dropped it and it just keeps going.
Experience. What you get just after you needed it.
Where did you get it from @Shearer ?
Ta
I've got a few of these...

But I cant find the ones I have that came from WISH 2 years
Mine had remote - which is g8
To change light mode and turn off or on from da S Bag :-)
PS
Use Alixpress over WISH too
I bought a lot of good bargains - but a lot of I think rejects - but they ALWAYS refunded if complained
Have just ordered the bigger one of these for my hut. NZD21
Thanks Sarvo for the heads up.
