Latest carbon fibre wrap stock build

So it’s for a Brno zkk 601. Turned out great. But given the set up of these things and the elaborate trigger which is attached to the guard rather than the action… well let’s just say I’ll never do another one, most difficult build and bedding I have ever done. The rifle has been rebarrled with a Douglas barrel. 243 1:8 twist with a Christensen arms brake.
I was setting this up for my daughter but bought a 6creed barrelled action which I’ll get stock done for next. She’s using my spare 6.5 in the mean time.
I was a bit light on build pics for this one as I wasn’t intending on selling.
I’m planning on starting a semi tactical/ELR stock for the new Howa superlite next and will keep you posted.

Any comment on the new Howa Superlite?
I have given it serious thought but going back to a chromoly steel barrel makes me hesitate.
Gunsmith suggested parkerising but have no idea if that is worthwhile pursuing or simply waiting for a stainless version.
Reality is I am probably overthinking it but have learnt the hard way thinking sometimes saves money.

I’m about to purchase one, I think the barrel comes coated. As for the poor design with a super low cheek comb… and bottom plastic cracking on tighten up, and flex…. well I’m going to build a few or hunter style ones and sort there problems out for them lol

The one I handled had a Stocky’s carbon fibre stock or at least that is what Greg at Custom Guns identified it as
