I suspect the best bet would be to send it to Twin Needle for a new floor. They would have no problems with that. Or buy a new tent which I did for my son as he's been using it more than me now.

Know what you are saying, those sprays are water repellant and make the water bead and run off but don't stop water being 'pushed' through the fabric. If I replace the floor then perhaps the new floor will start to leak in five years, so if I can find a fix then it should be possible to re dress the floor when needed. Also without the jigs / sewing forms it might be tricky to get the tent sides absolutely tight and flat again.
