I use that too. Pretty good and light.

I do find it can slide around a bit, is ok if I put it in a spare piece of clothing tho.

Am 6"0 and 81kg, but with impressively broad shoulders tho

As someone already mentioned, I think the trick is to have it as deflated as possible. Fully inflated and your head just wants to roll straight off it, or it gets popped out to the side during the night.
    I like mine.

Haha is right. I not tough. Just wouldn't have enough room in my pack for a pillow.
I did have a dog who was quite happy for me to use him as a pillow.

luxury of a pillow, thought it was a privilege to include a roll of toilet paper.

The $4 Kmart inflatable camp pillow is surprisingly good for the money. Works for me.

I use a Macpac one. Like others have said- not fully inflated is best. Used a rolled up jacket for years but the pillow is a big step up in comfort for bugger all extra weight.

My brother uses a $4 Kmart one which he likes. The Kmart ones have the added benefit of a plastic underside, so he uses his as a glassing seat too.

The blow up pillows are also good for glassing ( well deflated ) when you have a fractured tail bone.

I have two inflatable pillow sizes for either a sleeping matt or stretcher.

Another tip for restless sleepers if you have a sore lower back or hips is to put a pillow between your knees when side sleeping.
Sure it will fall out when you turn over in your sleep, but it actually can relieve that dull pain enough to get to sleep better

back in the day the very definition of inflatable pillow was a wine cask.....optional if you carried it in with liquid in it ...that certainly helped a fella to get off to sleep.

Klymit inflatable inside a Goose feet gear pillow.
    Really good.
As you get older and injuries such as broken neck catch up on you cant be beat.
And before you start used to sleep on the ground sheet of polythene in your sleeping bag.
