Western Mountaineering Megalite. But there are plenty of others to choose from. I like mine because it’s 6 foot 6, roomy and has an extra 10% of down.

Just bought a kuiu bag ,very impressed with build quality and materials used. They only make 3 grades of bag so easy to decide what best suits your needs.
I’ve got a couple of sea to summit spark bags, Spark 2 for summer 490grams,2 degrees comfort and spark 3 for winter 690grams -4 comfort.pack down small.
I've got a One Planet Cocoon. Rated -3 comfort and that seems about right. Weight including stuff sack 580gm. Good double ended zipper and draw string. Ended up with the long version as was going to be a while before they got more stock in and actually happy with the extra room in it. Would buy again if I had to.
Rab mythic ultra 180 or 360
I suppose gone are the days of the wheat sack.

For a long time I just used a fairydown down 700 down bag with the water resistant outer cover. In summer I would just use the silk liner.
After my kind thoughtful wife washed it one day it lost a lot of the down over the chest area and I was getting cold in sub 0 fly camps.
Twinneedle fixed it, stripped out the down added some extra and gave it all that fancy water repellent treatment you see advertised in the top line bags.
For summer trips and to save space in my little 35 ltr pack I got a Roman Palm lite, rated to 5C. Works for me in NI huts shoulder and summer. Note I'm only 5'10" on a good day, another mate is 4-5" taller and finds his one useless. He get cold spots as its too tight. I can leave on a set of thermals and a bag liner let's me take down colder.

The One Planet Nitrous are pretty light

But the quilts are even better if you use a sleeping mat... This lady has started making them in Nelson

Another vote for the one planet cocoon, I have the -11 which is amazing, they are some of the best warmth to weight ratio bags for the price
cumulus xlite 400??
575grams -7 limit -1 comfort? seems pretty good? they also have the lite 300 and 200 which are lighter again
reviews seem pretty good.

There are certainly some compromises with weight and one of the main ones is fabric. Realistically condensation in a tent is a real thing and most of the super lights are not suited to any moisture. It’s bloody challenging to get the best of both worlds
I have used it a few times on cold nights and stayed warm, not in the snow yet though but seems bloody warm.
