Mid sized pack with multiple pockets

I'm looking for a pack around 20-30l that I can use for hunting, hiking and precision rifle/field shoots.

I've tired a few different bags/packs now, but find I'm forever needing to get everything out of my bag as I always seem to need whats on the bottom....
I feel like a pack with separate pockets would allow for better segregation/organisation of gear and allow me to better load the bag properly. I've found with field shoots its hard to properly load a pack with heavy stuff (like bulk ammo) on the bottom when it's stuff you readily access.

Looking online the Eberlestock X31/X41 looks like a good option that has separate upper and lower compartments, or can make a single big one if need be. Sounds like they are good packs but a little heavy.

Can anyone recommend any other bags/packs that are similar.
I preferably don't want a big pack, around 25l would be perfect.

    Cheers

Have you tried something like a mollyme then customising and attached specific pockets for your needs for each different use?

I actually have a MollyMe and found it doesn't really suit me for some reason. I think I'll still end up with weight being poorly distributed and end up with a bag with all the lightweight stuff in the main section and the heavy stuff hanging off the back and sides.

Tried this and works well (cost of pouches adds up) just don't try it when you will be in tight bush as to many things on the outside get caught up makes for hard work. If the pouch layout / molle is done well you can get a really nice Rifle rest off the pack

The Minime is just a smaller mollyme without all the molle webbing?

Have a look at the K2 Jungle Pack. I know exactly what you mean about pockets, a mate has an older K2 with four pockets on the back, all labeled - Dunny Roll, Snacks, Water, hats, fire start etc etc. K2 would likely do extra pockets.

    Get a Kifaru Zulu/Marauder/Pointman.

Hardest thing will be finding one, but seems there a few about.

Thought about that, would work ok for hunting but not so well for shooting matches.
I've found the biggest headaches to be at events like Gillie runs with all the different crap I need to take a long, don't really want to wear webbing in shooting events but suppose it could work ok.

Some of those Kifaru packs look quite good, will have a look at the others.
I'm likely the Eberlestock X1 Euro, I think the scabbard could come in handy.

See the light and get a Kifaru Gunbearer, think Caveman learning to make fire kinda epiphany for carrying a rifle.
