I’ve got a mutant 50 and it’s quite comfortable. Obviously no as big but I can fit a weeks gear and food plus fly and bivvy bag with a bit of thought. Can be amazing what you don’t need, and I hate carrying shit I can get away with not taking.

If I was buying another pack for me I would struggle to look past the One Planet range as they just tick all the boxes for my needs. The only other pack I would consider would be the Tatonka Swift LT 60L + 10L as seems like a good compromise between features, size and weight
I went for the 85 Aether, and removable top that converts to a day pack.
I ditched the built in waist plastic supports as they rubbed on my hips, and its been the most comfortable pack since.
The Aether Plus uses a different back panel - the Airscape. Ostensibly it has better airflow, but I don't think you'd notice. The big strengths of the Aether vs the Atmos is 1) keeping weight closer to your back and 2) a stronger frame. This makes it better-suited to transporting heavy loads over broken ground where your center of balance becomes important. So it's pretty good for hunters!
A decent cheaper option is the Kestrel in either 48 or 68 litres. Not as adjustable and less padding, but it's a burly pack with a frame that can stand up to heavy loads. Comes in a nice olive drab too.
