If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more

I interwebed a couple of Spiderco's from Knifeworks last night. Never bought from them before but their shipping was OKish and their knives about $10 less each than KSF.
    Got a Stretch

The Stretch is in ZDP-189 steel. Some flash Harry new steel so I figure I'll give it a go. Both knives from the US were less including shipping than the best local supplier for the Stretch alone.
The total order is about $250 so I might email them to see if I can top it up with couple more cheaper knives as the shipping allows up to 3lbs.

I ordered this- Chris Reeve Small Sebenza 21 2.94" Raindrop Damascus Blade, Titanium Handles - KnifeCenter -except it has micarta inlays in the handle as well)a couple of nights ago after reading this thread.

More stuff that I really don't need. Honestly, I have the self control of a crack whore when it comes to cool shit.

It would have to be blaze orange or similar before I could think about using that... I would be shit scared of losing a circa $500 knife... I also say this as I haven't seen a blaze one so that is my excuse for not buying one...

Jeez, looking at these SOG folders they were horrible but that Twitch II looks pretty nice and functional. Cheers Shearer

Yeah. Most of them are very 'tactical'. The twitch is a great little knife though.

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds
