Yep it is but you do get what you pay for,
If you go through Levin have a look in store. they might have the odd one or two on special for some fabric coulor defect or something like that. my mate bought a 2nds that had some colour issue. no dramas,
maybe give them a call and ask if they have any seconds for sale.
