It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone

Na it's a beautiful day, just filling in time waiting for the misses. We are going for a drive and you know how long the better half can take to get ready.

Naa get the owner to say that the rifle your husband had put aside for her birthday is ready. Get her shooting, get her onside and the problem goes away.

No then you have a lady competing with your firearm funds, they spend more, it don't work out well for your pocket

I just bought a rifle from @stevodog I gave the cash I had been accumulating to a mate and he transferred the money. Dearest wife has no idea what It cost. The other way is “my mate puffin has bought it” and “I buy stuff he wants”. Just need to keep our wife’s away from each other.

Not really. At least now when she brings her shopping home you will have an idea as to its value....I mean how much can a pair of shoes really cost right? Now when she decides she wants a ruger /weatherby / CZ etc or ammo for one at least you will understand the Visa....

If you have one camp fire going but need another started to do something else with boil heads cook bread.
Take hot coals from the first to get the second one going. Saves you mucking around with kindling etc.

Hand sanitizer makes a great fire starter, innertube works well too, keep your clothing in plastic bags in your pack, and make sure you keep the toilet paper dry.

Trick I learnt from adventure racing is wear only thin glove liner gloves (polypro or merino) then if get cold hands put kitchen gloves over the top. Toasty warm and much lighter than bulky gloves.
