Main cutting edge is carbon but majority clad in stainless to help keep maintenance to a minimum. Definitely recommend giving one a go if you get the chance. Don’t bother if you’re rough on gear ��, they’ll last about 2 minutes.

Wicked. Anryu makes a bloody good quality knife. Lovely and thin behind the edge.

Was gunna pick up a 240 and a 180 but spent the money on a new grinder instead so will have to have a crack at making one.

Yea it's beautiful, I wanted the 240 but that was a few months away. This is the 210. Not wrong about how thin it is.

The shopmate 2x48 man. Motor has to come from ausi so probably a wee ways away. My little 1x30 shit the bed. So bit the bullet and got somthing purpose made

Awesome, that's next level for sure. My little 1 x 30 is still trucking along , amazing how much you can do with them but sooner or later I will need to step up to the real thing as well.

Yeha man. I liked the 1x30 it for hunting knives, but struggled with it for the kitchen knives, to many divets off the grinder so has to spend way too long hand sanding

I know for guaranteed sure that Walnut husks / shells are used to dye wool by home spinners. I remember helping my Granny along with a bunch of other home spinners in her knitting circle collect them and watching the wool being boiled and turned in great wet skeins in the jam pan. Boiling leather is probably not the best but soaking in a liquor made from Walnuts would work I think.

New Copperhead knife just finished. 14c28n , carbon fibre pins with toxic green and black liners.
Stabilized wood of unknown type but lovely grain and feel.
4.5 inch approx full grind blade, no home for this one so it's available , PM me if interested , I will also put it in the for sale section.
