    Did the same to my Svord (circa 1990). Reshaped the blade and added a black Maire handle.

    Here are a couple of processing knives I have collected just recently.
    Top is a 12" blade Sashimi knife, middle is a 10" forged clip steel blade chefs knife and bottom is an 8" Damascus bread knife.

    Just got my new knife. John Worthington crafted in @craigc pattern. Custom leather HGD sheath. Beautiful workmanship and quality.

    It's a great steel. Keeps an edge and not difficult to sharpen. Nice balance.
