    @Friwi that blade is in 14c28n.
    I have another that's in the early stages which is in D2.

    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded

    Rule 5: Check your firing zone

    spot on! this answer i understand, @viper what is the better steel for a hunting knife? what is the difference between

    I don't think there is a correct answer to the question, we are spoilt for choice and to be honest at this stage of my knife making journey I am still learning.
    There are many people on this forum who are vastly more experienced than me to answer this question .
