I use a ridgeline pikau, I think huntech make something similar.
Simple, quiet, lightweight and cheap.
Edit: no good for a bladder though.

Best backpack I have ever used for day hunts has been the “Camelbak Commander” which has a quiet outer fabric, large main compartment with a seperate front compartment which you can synch in wet gear or an animal head/leg.
It also has a bladder system as you’d expect from camelbak
As a pack It’s light enough, not heavy but bloody strong as I’ve had some heavy loads in it over the years and the stitching is still as good as when I got it.
I’ve used it for day hunts where the pack can be synch down to be compact and low profile but it also opens out to take a heavy load or plenty if gear as from memory it’s a 40/42 ltr pack.
Not sure where you can get them or if there still available but it’s one piece of gear I shall never part with
