Before I left for NZ this year my missus gave me a toy, you click its legs in and it changes face. theres a happy face, angry face and an indifferent one. Before I hunt I click it a few times and then look and see what the face is, become my superstitious hunting omen now. You may all be big toughies but having that while I'm away for a week up bush is the best thing I take.
Other than that I'd have to say my bumbag, way better for day trips than a bag.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

It's a pretty simply designed pouch, attaches to the shoulder straps on your pack or day back and can be fitted to your belt.
Basically I just use it to allow really easy access to my camera and stuff I always like to keep handy. I take so many more photos because of it.
