My back up g shock was a freebie with a trailer load of pink baths 10ish yrs ago... Think it's had 1 new battery. It's a damn good watch but it's just only good for time and an alarm!
Bought the Mudmaster G Shock. Compass good, not sure about temp, alt and barometer. Solar powered so never needs a battery. My old Casio lasted 10 years.
Don't like the idea of a radio update... Etc thingy just something to drain the battery, if it's out a few minutes it's not the end of the world
Tissot make nice watches with all the bells and whistles, I have one somewhere but unfortunately it has "Love forever, Amy XoXo" engraved on it and, when I most recently checked, her name definately isnt Amy anymore so its been thrown in the back of a draw somewhere.
Damn mine just goes tic and the hands move around the face.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
