Have had a Suunto core for around 7 years that now for some reason chews thru new batteries in a month or less.
    Time to replace it.

Just bought a Suunto Traverse Alpha-stealth for $450 nz delivered.

    Cheapest I have seen anywhere.
I liked the new Garmins but they are around 800 bucks with the same features as the Suunto.

Few fellas I work with have the Garmin or Suunto traverse. The Suunto rates higher with them.

@R93 I'd be keen on being another crash test dummy on these.
Pm me the link, and I'll get one to.

Just got one of these. Simple Old school analog with rotating bezel for diving and T100 tritium. No mucking around In the dark pushing buttons.

Excuse the ignorance as I'm not a diver but why go you need a rotating bezel? I've used it before for taking bearing on land

It's a basic 60 minute stop watch, simply rotate the bezel 0 to the minute hand easy as your time starts there.
Pricey yeah sure is but I needed a good T100 tritium watch and G-Shock haven't made one yet I don't know why.
