national councill had already stated that they believed nothing had changed in sub gauge numbers certainly not enough for them to change ''the not yearly review needed ''position they,d instituted.
southland are the zealots here trying to force the rest of the countrys hand along with the national bodies.

i dont believe the enviromental position as if that was thier case a total lead shot ban would be the only tenable principled line
