Size 9 TSS is very effective but the listed prices are for 5 cartridges and in US dollars so you could but wonder what the "camping and clothing" price would be?

Ha ha yes. About nz$120 per 5 i guess. They dont have 28ga listed though. Be nice to see some 1oz loads of 7's for 20g and 7/8th oz 7's for the 28 tho. That bring prices down from the 1 1/2 oz turkey loafs theyre advdrtising to at least 2/3rds of those prices. Maybe US$44 per 5, or eve less. On indent I would think $NZ could be maybe nz$65? Or perhaps the shot is available for handloads?

IF you could find tss shot .12ga loads at less than $5 per round it would be feasable to reload using donated shot...still plurry expensive but would be worth doing.if you were a 25-50 round per weekend shooter,definately an option BUT would have cheaper other loads for finishing rounds.... its actually a niche we found the wee full choked .410 excelled at....that and finishing woundies off from the boat....that is heck of a lot of fun for young shooter,being taxied around and doing all the shooting.
@mawzer308 have pm'd you

Some donor cartridges.
Could perhaps look into getting a chamber adapter to go from 28ga down to 410. 19gr of lead from the 410 is probably going to be more effective and available than any steel 28ga. Don't know how doable this is but could be worth a look.
buy the pump 410 in forsale section and be done with it...inserts work fine...but slow to reload using them.
