Good luck every one , and safe shooting .
Wet weather played havoc with my jobs so a full days work today farrrrrrk! .
Throw the tools out , gear and dog in ( dog will flip when he sees the shot gun and waders) and off for a intensive briefing that could last several hours . 4am set up on the new pond and into it .

Good luck to all. My duck shooting opening stars haven't aligned this year but I hope everyone else has a good one!

Please bare in mind the radio is hammering on about the cops being out in force with 'operations' to check up on us duck shooters. including checking hotels! I don't want to hear of anyone losing their FA licence!

Stay safe and hot barrels. Quack Quack.

hmmm-rather interestingabout those paragons of virtue the boys in blue.having visions of the highway patrol crawling across a riverbed looking for those wildman mercenary duckshooters.as for checking pubs well most of this brotherhood are sensible enough to abide by the rules.
ah well thanks for the heads up ,if im stopped well im all legal.

Take collars off dogs so they don't get snagged during water retrieves.
