Invite to all these flowery dog owners

I see a lot of different country and not enough game posts relating to the flowery dogs/pomeland. So here's your chance!
This is only open to dog people.
Open to tight low scrub and tussock in the Hyde area, rabbits, and I mean rabbits!! They hold well so are great for the pointing dogs and the flushing types could have a field day. We did a drive the other day, a small one at that and got 400 odd.
I'll even leave the rabbiting pack at home.

Anyone keen on a weekend of it? If your dogs any good you should be able to get 200 a day per man easily. And I don't mind if it's a three day weekend either.

The spaniel folks run their trials down that way every year... go and have a look next year... you'll like it.

and the assumption of flowery dogs, I accept it and take it on board, and I mean no offense by this, but the attitude is born out of ignorance of polished gundog work. There is a world of difference between a ploished dog that produces game for the gun and one that has a JOB of catching rabbits...

In our (gundog) world, dogs are eliminated if they catch the game, their job if to flush it. My old dog will push game with it';s nose and watch it go... he knows his job.

Ah, but you might not realize I've had some of the others to Ruff, but with what it costs in time and money to keep this pack going right I just don't have resources of both to be shagging around.

The wirehunt didn't come out of thin air, I had GWP's before they got all fashionable
