Thread: Looking to tag along, need a bot of mentoring next season.

Hey all,

Just putting this out for next season to see if anyone is keen for me to tag along on some upland hunts and maybe a bit of duck shooting, happy to come help out with setting up a blind etc for that too. I work nationally so traveling (when we can) is no issue. I'm in Raglan currently and my folks are down in Napier, so spend a bit of time down that way too.

Moved home last year from 22 years abroad, loved wing shooting when I was a boy back in the day and Iove watching good dog work etc. Be good to dust off a few cobwebs with someone more experienced as really want to get into upland hunting next season onwards.

I don't have a bird dog yet, but this is something I'd like to pursue down the track so if your doing any training etc pretty keen to check that out also.

Joining the local clay club to get my shooting up to speed in the meantime.

Anways it's a we while off yet but thought I'd get a post happening in the meantime.
