    shamefuly stupidly and dangerously .
    there have been anecdotal repiorts of rifle fire on decoy set ups.
    they made geese much harder to access and hunt foreveryone a stupid situation thatv will comeback to haunt them .
    and is in towns cities regions [palmy kapiti chch]
