    Red worms for trout in the awakino , red worms for flounder on the fly rod,

    those big fat native worms you dig out of the river silt are like honey for the ells,

    Soft bait "blue 2inch smelt" type for the salmon in the tekapo canals

    Trouble with bread for fishing is you tend to eat it yourself while your waiting for a strike. Tried worms once but you need Watties on those for sure. If you have cheese and bread well that's another story. Maggots are good bait Sean. When my daughter was about 10 and we lived on the Waikato River, I was building a house and she got bored, so I had a hook and a length of builders string, I put a bit of cheese on it and told her to go fishing. Five minutes later she came back with a koi carp!

    We're not aloud doing this anymore, my teacher changed her MIND
    Now we have to do how high a tennis ball bounces, an old one or a new one? I recon the new one will win
