I used to have an old SS kitchen bench set up as part of the BBQ that had a sink in the middle. I made an insert for the sink so I could use it as a filleting / butchery board. I also had a tap set up with it that connected to the hose so I could have running water when I needed it. And I used the hot water hole for a soap dispenser.....
