    Its a tragedy for sure even a slow collision at sea is bad..really bad
    But as regards everyone else
    I see crazy shit everywhere not just on the water.................... I really like the fact that we are a little relaxed in that we dont need licence to operate a boat.
    We need blood liecences for everything else and I find it painful. Sometimes bad shit or accidents happen to good people
