What did you get that top fish on? I've never seen one like it in all my years of fishing.

all caught trolling, the top two were within minute of starting run, wife got middle fish while still letting line out, hadnt shut bail arm yet, took with whack and gave her one hell of a fright LOL. I got the smallest one next only 50-100 yards away, then wife caught n lost one, landed another smaller one, released it...I decided to go for hoom across to far end of lake,a long troll for nought then the biggest fish as light was fading,it might have gone 3 pounds....all have beautiful orange flesh.....all filleted ready to batter and fry now
    life is good.

Brown hens aye? We used to have Shavers, their eggs were lovely ha ha ha ha.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Couple from this morning up the local Taupo rivers.
Been plenty of decent fish with some fresh ones still running.

Beauty @Sharki!! Looks like a giant steelhead...more sleek than most giant trout I've seen pics of here. Almost a meter?
