Thread: CD XLS2

Hey Folks just after people's opinions who have used the CD XLS2 series of fly rods?

I'm eyeing up a 6wt 9footer for my go to rod.

Or anything else that's similar money I should consider?

fuck anything cd.
Their rods are well over rated and they have shit customer support.
If/when it fails they'll try and palm something else onto you instead of what you bought and then want you to pay extra as well.

I'll drop you a PM with the details but there's a cheapie about that is unbelievable - its actually overrun of blanks out of China for a very well known american brand - they add the ferrules and rings and call them made in the USA.

Really good quality stuff.

Probably have to wait for level 3 lockdown to end before you can do that
