    I like practice Fannie's far more!!!! And so does my Dutch mate who wondered what the hell I had in the bowl!

    Yep soaked in fresh water until they spit out the sand (a day or so) and then cut open and marinated in lime juice for about 20 min with washed onion, garlic and a little chile. Cockle ceviche
