    The mudflats out by boulder bank rd end are infested with crabs. Don't know what type though

    Iv never used a crab pot but I have used a few lighter cray pots , iv got a couple here the frames are made of fiberglass type stuff didn't really start catching much in them until I had heaps of weight on them , if the pot moves they don't work very well

    Dont need a pot, just head to marahau in the dark and there are dozens of them there. Must wear waders, shoes etc as there are so many crabs without them wont be a good idea. Take a spear as well for a flounder, grab some cockles just before dark, and a load of crabs, good night out
